給与に関する補足事項	According to the regulations of the institution. 【Compensation and Benefits】 Salary for a 22-year-old with a bachelor’s degree: approximately ¥5,140,000 per year Salary for a 24-year-old with a master’s degree: approximately ¥5,480,000 per year Salary for a 30-year-old: approximately ¥6,700,000 per year (Examples based on the 2025 school year. Housing and transportation allowances are provided separately.) The school utilizes a salary scale with regular annual increases based on age.
