選考方法: 【Eligibility】
<Required>
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree. The ability to work with current technology and conduct online classes when necessary. For foreign nationals, those holding a visa allowing employment as a high school teacher in Japan for the period specified above or longer.
<Desirable>
TEFL qualifications, ability to employ current TESOL methodology, experience teaching high school, and some knowledge/appreciation of literature.
Focus areas: academic writing, reading (including literary analysis for higher-level classes), speaking and listening skills, drama and debate.
Understanding of and desire to support returnee education.
Understanding of our school’s Christian education.

仕事内容: Educational guidance

勤務場所: 1-1-1 Higashimachi, Koganei-shi, Tokyo

勤務時間: According to the regulations of the University

休日休暇: According to the regulations of the juridical person

給与: Salary for part-time teachers includes basic salary, transportation fee, open hours fee (for non-teaching hours in between classes), and annual bonus.
Monthly Basic Salary = pay per class hour 5150yen x number of class hours per week x 36 weeks ÷ 12 months.
A bonus equal to 2.5x of the monthly salary will be paid in three installments (June, December, and March).
We plan to revise salaries in fiscal year 2026
Details will be explained during the final interview
